Our General Policy
All sales at GhostSims are final. We sell SIM cards — they make calls and use data. That's exactly what it says on the tin, and there's really no ambiguity about what you're purchasing. We believe in transparency, so we'd rather be upfront with you here than leave any surprises.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you understand the nature of the product and are happy to proceed. We appreciate you trusting us with your privacy — and we take that seriously. 🤍
SIM Cards & eSIMs
SIM cards are straightforward products — they connect you to a network, let you make calls, and use data. There's very little that can go unexpectedly. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on SIM card purchases.
⭐ The One Exception
If we explicitly confirmed that a SIM card would provide connectivity in your specific area and it does not, we will absolutely make it right. Please reach out to us and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly. Your trust means everything to us.
App Licences & Product Codes
Product codes, licence keys, and digital access credentials are one-time use items. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, recalled, or refunded — regardless of whether they've been activated. Please ensure you're ready to use your purchase before completing your order.
Custom-Built Phones
Every phone we sell is built to order — custom configured and prepared specifically for you. Because of this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds on phone orders once production has begun. If you have any questions about the device before ordering, we're always happy to help.
Privacy Features & Add-Ons
Many of our products come with privacy-enhancing features — encrypted apps, anonymous routing, and other tools designed to protect your identity. These features are provided as an additional layer of privacy aid, not a guarantee of any specific outcome. Issues or limitations with privacy features alone are not grounds for a refund.
⭐ Privacy Flaw Exception
If you can demonstrably prove a privacy flaw within one of our products — something that genuinely compromises your anonymity or security — we take that extremely seriously and will issue a refund. We stand fully behind the integrity of what we sell. Please reach out with evidence and we'll investigate immediately.
