    Return Process

    1. Contact Support: Email or message us via Telegram to initiate your return request. Include your order number and reason for return.
    2. Receive Authorization: We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.
    3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
    4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    Refund Methods

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
    • Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the equivalent value of the original cryptocurrency or as store credit at your preference

    Defective Products

    If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Defective items can be returned beyond the standard 14-day window.

    Shipping Costs

    Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Our Error or Defects: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
